My Truck

Your Truck,
Your Numbers.

Set your cost basis and profit targets once. Every load you analyze prefills from here, and your Accept / Caution / Avoid verdict is measured against these targets. Saved on this device only.

The Truck

Equipment and fuel economy used to prefill the analyzer.

Your real loaded average, not the brochure number.

Cost Per Mile

Two separate buckets — they are never added together twice.

Tires, brakes, PMs, repairs, breakdown fund.

Truck payment, insurance, permits, plates, ELD, phone — divided by your monthly miles.

Keep these separate. Maintenance reserve is wear-and-tear you set aside per mile; fixed operating cost is overhead you owe whether the truck rolls or not. Truck Buddy subtracts each one exactly once.

Profit Targets

These drive the verdict. A load must clear both to earn Accept; anything under half of either is an Avoid.

Net profit per total mile you want after all costs.

Net profit as a percentage of total revenue.

Truck Routing Profile

Optional. Used only when you tap “Calculate truck route” in the analyzer, so the routing provider can evaluate physical restrictions. Leave anything blank you do not want applied — nothing here is guessed from your equipment type or cargo weight.

If you leave these blank, routes are calculated in general truck mode and vehicle-specific physical restrictions are not evaluated. Either way, no route is guaranteed legal or safe — verify permits, bridge and weight restrictions, closures, and your dispatch mileage before you roll.
