Truck Buddy is a business tool for commercial trucking and transportation users. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Truck Buddy gives you calculators and community-sourced information. It is not financial, legal, safety, or compliance advice.

Truck Buddy provides informational tools and community-sourced data only.

Routing, fuel prices, broker and facility information, reviews, profitability estimates, FMCSA information, wait-time information, and other data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Truck Buddy does not guarantee broker payment or creditworthiness, facility conditions, route suitability or safety, fuel pricing, profitability, or regulatory compliance.

You remain responsible for verifying information and for your own business, financial, routing, legal, and safety decisions.

Broker and facility reviews are written by drivers, not by Truck Buddy, and are not verified by us.

You are responsible for what you submit and confirm it is truthful and based on your own experience.

We may review, edit, or remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise against the Community Guidelines, at our discretion and without notice.

We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, fraud, or repeated guideline violations.

Data may be wrong, stale, or missing, and the service may be interrupted or changed at any time during beta.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truck Buddy is provided “as is” during beta and is not liable for lost profits, lost loads, missed opportunities, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the service or other reasonable means.
